Dieting cannot be a grueling process for you, otherwise you will quit after a very short period of time. You need to do everything you can to ease the suffering of dieting. Look for healthy foods that you can still enjoy, and think about when and how you eat. Do you find yourself eating two or three huge meals per day or constantly snacking throughout the day? You need to take this into account when dieting as well. The best easting habit for dieting is to have four or five very very small meals in the day, because this will keep your metabolism going at a fast rate. Still, if this is not how you prefer to eat you may run into problems while dieting. To try to keep your meals small and your appetite under control, Hoodia is one of the best ways to do this. Believe me, a natural appetite suppressant like Hoodia will make controlling yourself while dieting a lot easier than just will power alone. A healthy diet, exercise and Hoodia is the best possible combination for weight loss available; so do yourself a favor and ease the suffering of dieting.

Hoodia Gordonii has received a lot of attention recently and has quickly become of the most popular weight loss products in the world. Back in 2004 Hoodia Gordonii was only used by a handful of very knowledgeable weight loss enthusiast, and of course the Sans Bushmen who were the first to discover Hoodia Gordonii and had been using it for centuries. Then major TV networks began airing stories on Hoodia Gordonii, Oprah spoke about Hoodia Gordonii on her show and the plant was mentioned in her magazine "O". Suddenly the demand for Hoodia Gordonii skyrocketed. The one problem with this is that the farmers of Hoodia Gordonii were not prepared for the sudden increase in popularity and there was not nearly enough Hoodia gordonii in the world to fill the new demand. Hoodia Gordonii is part of a family of many hoodia plants but is the only one which contains the active ingredient P-57 which suppresses appetite. Many companies started using forms of the plant other than Hoodia Gordonii and marketing their products as hoodia, which it technically is. When buying the natural weight loss supplement you should not only be careful that you are getting a pure extract, but that it is a pure extract of Hoodia Gordonii. One of the best ways to be sure it is Hoodia Gordonii, is that the company should be able to provide you with a CITES certificate upon request. This is a certificate which is attached to all Hoodia Gordonii which leaves South Africa, the only place where Hoodia Gordonii is being grown and harvested.

South African Hoodia Gordonii, if you haven't already heard of it, is a plant that has amazing appetite suppressing abilities. Though South African Hoodia Gordonii is sometimes called a cactus, it merely resembles a cactus and is actually more closely related to aloe than any cacti. As you might have guessed, South African Hoodia Gordonii grows in South Africa, and only in South Africa. This is important to remember when buying, because there is a type of Hoodia plant that grows in China as well and is being sold as a weight loss supplement. Only South African Hoodia Gordonii contains the active appetite suppressing ingredient P57, and people who buy Hoodia from China are always left disappointed. South African Hoodia Gordonii is a protected species, and therefore a certificate from the government is necessary to export it because it demonstrated that the plant was grown and cultivated on a farm rather than being taken from its natural habitat. This certificate, called the CITES certificate, is important to look for when buying Hoodia because only South African Hoodia Gordonii comes with the CITES certificate.
